Warranty / Returns and Exchanges
All hardware is guaranteed to be working and in the posted description (new, refurbished, etc). Warranty depends on condition listed.
Most new hardware sold is still under original manufacturer warranty and replacement can be done through the original manufacturer. Any hardware not under the manufacturer’s warranty is 30 days after shipping.
Beyond that, please contact your customer service agent with the situation.
Contact us prior to purchase if extended warranties are needed.
Items that have been mis-ordered, if eligible for exchange will be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking percentage depends on manufacturer and condition. Items purchased in new factory sealed condition that have been opened but are functional are not eligible for return.
